Laure Gonnord joined the CTSYS team of the LCIS laboratory.

For a few weeks now, Laure Gonnord has joined the CTSYS team at the lab.

After completing her thesis in formal verification of programs at Grenoble (Vérimag, University Joseph Fourier) and spending two years in Lyon, Laure began her career as a teaching researcher at Lille's LIFL, where she diversified her research topics in collaboration with experts in software engineering and language specialists. She then obtained a position at the University of Lyon 1; at the LIP laboratory, she participated in the renewal of the compilation theme, including the creation of an Inria joint team in 2018. She is also involved in the Francophone software community through her participation on the GDR GPL (Programming and Software Engineering) board and as director of the Young Researchers School.

The project with LCIS and the CTSYS team in particular is to orient her research themes in compilation towards a better consideration of material characteristics to ensure greater security during the execution of compiled programs. The CTSYS/LCIS environment is an ideal place to achieve this project, thanks to its visibility on material security topics.
