Welcome to Marck To, the new doctorant in the CTSYS and CO4SYS team since February 23rd, 2026.
He is supervised by Annabelle Mercier (CO4SYS) and Oum-El-Kheir Aktouf (CTSYS).
His office is on the first floor of building D, room D110.

Can you introduce yourself in a few words?

I am a cybersecurity engineer, currently part of the CTSYS and CO4SYS teams.

What is your background (education, experience, etc.)?

I graduated from the University of Technology of Troyes in 2011, where I completed an engineering and master's degree focused on networks and information systems security. Before joining LCIS, I worked for about fifteen years in various companies, contributing to the security of information systems.

Can you briefly explain your PhD topic?

My PhD focuses on automated vehicles, specifically on supervising communications between the various embedded systems. The goal is to develop methods suited to the constraints of these environments, such as latency, limited resources, and energy consumption.

What skills can you share?

In terms of skills, I’m quite versatile—ranging from networking to systems, with a holistic approach to cybersecurity that covers everything from physical security to governance.

Where can people find you? How can they contact you?

You can find me in the LCIS offices, reach out via email, or connect with me on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/marck-to-84416428) if that’s more convenient.

Would you like to share anything else (an experience, a passion, something personal, etc.)?

Outside of work, I’m very interested in the ethics of technology and its societal impacts. And if those topics don’t resonate with you, we can always talk about music, cinema, or the mountains!
